    Choose your doctor

    Were you assigned a doctor? You can change to your current or preferred provider if they’re in our network. Just contact us. You can also find other local care you need, from vision and dental care to primary care providers and specialists..

    You’ll need to renew your Healthy Louisiana (Medicaid) coverage each year. Learn more about how to keep your coverage.

    Update your contact info
     

    To keep your benefits, be sure to update your address if you move. Just visit MyMedicaid.LA.gov anytime. Or contact Healthy Louisiana to update your info. Just call 1-888-342-6207 and choose option 4. You can call Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
